Vitrofine Clay
VITROFINE is a product derived from refined kaolin specially developed from selected raw material blends for specific use in the ceramic industry.
APPLICATION :
VITROFINE is recommended as a partial substitute of Zircosil5 (15-30%) in Matte, Rustic and Glazy Engobe. The high brightness and whiteness of VITROFINE helps to partially replace Zircosil5 in engobe. The fine particle size improves smoothness of Rustic Tile and the high alumina content along with high MOHS value of 7 gives wear, scratch and abrasion resistance to tiles. The low color requirement for dark shades is an added advantage.
